Walking the Path of Heroes: How Sinuote Found Unity on the Long March

2025 08/27

The Long March is more than just a chapter in history—it’s a powerful epic of human spirit and unwavering resolve. To honor this legacy and strengthen our own team, Fufeng Sinuote Bio-tech Co., Ltd. recently organized a unique team-building event: retracing the footsteps of the Red Army.

Our team visited iconic sites like Liupanshan National Forest Park, the Huining Red Army Meeting Place, and the Jieshipu Long March Monument. Through every step and every story, we learned invaluable lessons about purpose, perseverance, and the true meaning of teamwork.

Liupanshan: The Spirit of "Never a Hero until the Great Wall"
Our first stop was Liupanshan, the final mountain the Red Army crossed on their historic trek. It’s a place of breathtaking natural beauty and immense historical significance. In 1935, Chairman Mao Zedong wrote a poem here celebrating the victory of conquering the mountain and looking ahead to the final destination.

This is where we learned the spirit of "Never a hero until the Great Wall." This isn't just about a physical journey; it's a testament to the power of a clear goal and the determination to overcome every obstacle to reach it. It’s a powerful reminder that true success comes from pushing past limits and keeping your eyes on the prize.

Huining: The Power of "Three Armies Uniting"
Known as a "Red Holy Land," Huining is where the First, Second, and Fourth Red Army Fronts famously united in October 1936. This moment of unity marked a critical turning point in the revolution.

As we walked through the historic site and listened to the poignant stories, we were inspired by the spirit of the "Three Armies Uniting." This history shows that unity is the ultimate key to overcoming any challenge. It’s a profound lesson for us as a company: by breaking down departmental barriers and working together, we can form a powerful force to drive our business forward.

Jieshipu: Embracing the Mission to "Serve the People"
The Jieshipu Long March Monument served as a crucial "refueling station" for the Red Army. Here, they built strong relationships with local people, proving that "the army and the people are as close as fish and water."

Through historical artifacts and compelling stories, we gained a deeper understanding of the Long March spirit. We were particularly moved by the Red Army's core mission to "Serve the People." Even during the most difficult times, they put the needs of the community first. This lesson directly reflects our commitment as a plant extract company to serving our customers and contributing to a healthier society.

The Journey Continues
The Long March was more than a military operation; it was a great expedition of faith and purpose—a priceless treasure for the Chinese nation. Our team’s journey was a chance to honor our past and strengthen our resolve for the future.

As a company rooted in plant extraction, Fufeng Sinuote is guided by our values of Innovation, Collaboration, Responsibility, and Dedication. Retracing this historic path has ignited a new fighting spirit within our team, one of fearlessness and pioneering.

We all agree that we will carry the spirit of the Long March into our daily work, embracing our responsibilities and pushing for breakthroughs. We are committed to driving high-quality development and contributing our strength to achieving a technologically self-reliant and healthy China.

As we embark on our next journey, the Sinuote team will always remember where we came from, stay grounded in the present, and look confidently to the road ahead.
